Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world except P.O boxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For Canadian orders, we will add any applicable Harmonized Sales Taxes (HST) or Goods and Services Taxes (GST) for each respective Canadian provinces wherever applicable. Provincial Sales Taxes (PST) are self assessed. As we are a Canadian based company, you will not have to pay customs fees or duties (for orders shipped within Canada). For US or international orders, we do not add any taxes but please note that taxes and customs fees could be applicable in the destination country. The purchaser shall bear all such additional costs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. It is the responsibility of the customer to allocate sufficient time from the ordering date to the event date. WedFavors For You Ltd will not be responsible for any delays once the package has left our warehouse.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. For large orders and international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Most of the items from our online store are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Woodbridge, Ontario but to expand the availability of other product lines from our reputable wholesalers, we also accommodate drop shipments and will liaise with our partnering wholesalers to process your order for these specific items. As all shipping and packaging are handled directly by the wholesaler to you, WedFavors For You Ltd will not be responsible for any missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by them. However, we will assist in escalating your issues with our direct liaison wholesale representatives.

Cancellation Policy

Once your orders have been processed online or with one of our customer service representatives, your information is sent out to our warehouse and all packages are sent to the shipping carrier to be processed for shipment immediately. If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, we will try our best to locate your shipment but cannot guarantee that we will be able to reverse the shipment if the package has already been sent out and has been processed by the shipping carrier. Please email us at sales@wedfavorsforyou.com or contact our Customer Service department at 1-416-602-8881 providing us with the order number and as much detail as you can to properly identify your original order. Cancellation fees may apply.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange the merchandise for another item, please email us at sales@wedfavorsforyou.com or contact our customer service at 1-416-602-8881 to make any requests. We will gladly exchange the products for any other product in our selections, upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Any overage or deficit will be reconciled on your new invoice. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any exchanges after the package was received after 30 days of delivery. Please keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came on or in the box when shipping back the returned items. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Include your original order number from your invoice.
  • Exchanges must be processed within 30 days after delivery.
  • You may use any shipping method to send back your package; however, if you use our pre-paid shipping return label, we will add the applicable shipping costs for the returned merchandise on your new invoice.
  • A restocking fee may apply.
  • Please send all merchandise back in their original form and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchanges if the merchandise was used, damaged, or original packaging is missing or opened.
  • We will issue a credit within 15 days after we have received the returned merchandise.
  • We will not be responsible for any returned shipments lost through the mail. Please ensure to request a tracking number when shipping the returned merchandise.

Please note that some products are not eligible for exchange. These include:

  • personalized products, including personalized labels, engraved glass favors.
  • edible or perishable products.
  • any special orders.

Return Policy

Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your products for a full refund*.

 *Our return policy does not include any shipping costs associated with any returns. Please see further below for restrictions and policies.

  • Include your original order number from your invoice.
  • Returns must be processed within 30 days after delivery.

Our online return policy does not apply to orders being returned from locations outside of Canada and US. All other international customers please email us at sales@wedfavorsforyou.com or contact our customer service department at 1-416-602-8881 within 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you have received any damaged or are missing any items, please email us at sales@wedfavorsforyou.com or call our Customer service at 1-416-602-8881 within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise.

As all shipping and packaging are handled by the shipping carrier, WedFavors For You Ltd will not responsible for any missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. This also includes any drop ship orders. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or wholesaler. Kindly ensure to retain all products in original packaging until settlement of your claim.
