Although we take great care in carefully packaging all our shipments, glassware is usually susceptible to breakage and regretfully, we are unable to replace any broken items that may have incurred during the shipping process.  To avoid any disappointments, we strongly recommend that you order some extras to avoid any shortage or additional delays and recurring fees for any re-orders.

Personalization details:

A flat set up fee of $40 will apply to each personalized glassware order for creation of artwork and design plates. Click on the 'Add Pad Printing Fee' link to add this charge to your shopping bag. Please note that any variations in custom designs, personalization or color variations within the same order will incur separate set up fees.
